Is there a vaccine or medication for pneumonia and does it work

There are 2 types of vaccines for pneumonia. First released in 1977, then upgraded in 1983, Pneumonia Poly Saccharide Vaccine (PPSV) is usually for people who are above 2 years old. The other vaccine is PCV7 which is mainly meant for infants less than 2 years and is also given for toddlers under 5 years of age. For medicines, please contact your doctor
