How to tell from bronchitis or pneumonia

The main differences are: Pneumonia is associated with very high fever, abnormal chest x rays, cough with mucus, faster heart beat and breathing rates and persisting signs that do not go away that easily. In bronchitis, chest x rays are normal and fever is mild. Cough is dry at the start and might be associated with mucus later
