Bronchitis which is produced by virus and bacteria is contagious but asthmatic bronchitis is not contagious. But in case the person suffering from this condition has an underlying respiratory infection then, it can be contagious. Hence, there are chances of asthmatic bronchitis been both, contagious and non contagious.
