What can mimic walking pneumonia

Common flu and common cold with cough can mimic walking pneumonia. The symptoms of this ailment start with fever, common cold, sore throat and chills. However, common cold and cough will get alleviated after a couple of weeks while walking pneumonia worsens after 2 weeks.
