How often pneumonia vaccine


Pneumonia shot is usually given only once in the entire lifetime. But this is not the case for people who are in the immuno compromised state. For infants under 2, it is given as 4 doses and the vaccine is PCV7. For those above 2, the vaccine is PPSV23 and if you have low immunity, it is given once in 5 or more years
